RALEIGH, NC (AP) -- Gov. Pat McCrory has signed the remaining bills on his desk from the General Assembly's recent session except for one he plans to let become law without his signature.

The General Assembly's web site says 33 of the 34 bills that hadn't been acted upon to date were signed Friday by the governor. They include a wide-ranging regulatory bill, a delay on implementing pollution-control rules for Jordan Lake and an effort that keeps judicial disciplinary activities secret longer.

McCrory's spokeswoman confirmed he won't sign a bill that prohibits judges from applying foreign laws in domestic and child custody cases when it would violate someone's constitutional rights. That bill will become law after Sunday night.

He vetoed two bills last week. The legislature will return for possible overrides on Sept. 3.
