From what I read earlier, this wasn't a matter of mixing up the town names. Apparently what happened was that the people who mailed the package put an extra digit on the zip code. The post office arbitrarily decided which number to take off. You would think they would use their own website to look up the proper zip code for the town on the package. It's definitely not rocket science.
