Cease fire

It did not stop it just moved to the surrounding areas if you do not believe me ask dude that got in the back last week in forest hills
or the guy who got shot in the legs or any other recipient of this type of violence in other areas. Until the culture changes this will always be a problem. And if arresting the gang leaders was all there was to it why did the city not do it in the past? they could have stopped this garbage a long time ago when it first started. Hell drunk college kids got more attention down town that these communities did with bullets flying around. Was because they are poor and nobody cares about poor people? or was it something else? I am all about personal responsibility but there such a thing as institutional responsibility as well. We have an institution where in the government is supposed to treat everyone equally. I am not talking about financial support of the individual. I am talking about ensuring that all the neighbor hoods in Wilmington are safe to live in not just the ones with a higher tax base.
