Curious, Are you completely stupid? Our children and their parents have a right to be in a public place without fear of being sexually assaulted. This child was at a FAIR, a place where she should be able to be a child. What needs to happen here is if this man is found to have committed this crime he needs to be given the death penalty and put to death in 30 days, maybe then anyone else who is thinking of harming one of our children in this country, will think again.
