why is everyone accusing the mother of neglecting to watch her child? of course she is responsible for her safety, but my question is WHERE IS THE FATHER???? its time for men to MAN UP to their responsibilities as fathers, MARRY those women they have children with and SUPPORT THEM! support means not only money, but time, love, nurturing and caring for both his children and wife. when our children were young, we always knew where they were and kept an eye on them, especially in public places like the mall, county fairs, supermarkets etc when they became teenagers, we still required that they tell us where they were going and with whom and to check in, especially if they were out at night. having children is easy but raising them is another story.
