WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Halloween in the Cape Fear was another big scare Thursday.
Some trick-or-treaters stopped by the Wilmington Fire Department on Market Street to ask for candy and meet the men and women who help keep them safe. Some firefighters even had to leave to respond to a call during the event showing kids exactly what they do every day.
Then, over at the Union Missionary Baptist Church off of Princess Place, people enjoyed a fall festival complete with horses, bouncy houses and worship.
And, of course, there were many adults downtown Wilmington acting like kids dressed up and partying the night away.
