WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- CFPUA crews are finishing up repairs after a water main broke around noon on N. 23 Street between Shirley Road and Princess Place. The lanes of N. 23 Street were closed for a few hours while crews worked, but McGill says lanes are now open in each direction. He says there are no boil water advisories at this time.
