Time for all of you in Wilmington to bend over and say a prayer. A prayer that the Convention Centre will fit into your future tax bills in a way that you can manage, for, at least the next 30 some odd years. Now we get to see how many older blacks that own housing in the city get taxed out in the next few years because of this. They are some of the main ones voting for the local Democrats. What irony!
