WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Big box stores were not the only spots with lines out the door this Black Friday. Gravity Records on Castle Street in Wilmington featured limited edition music that drew a crowd for what is called Record Store Day. Shoppers say it's something they do every year to get records that cannot be bought for an affordable price anywhere else. "We have been here since 5:30 a.m.," Sarah Galbraith said as she and her son waited outside waiting for the store to open at 9 a.m. "He collects albums, and he is here to get some very unique ones." Her son said waiting in the cold was worth it. He got a Dave Matthews Band record that is only one of 1,000 in the world. Shoppers say say anywhere else, it would sell for hundreds of dollars more.
