I just got a letter from my water supplier which is a copy of an order from the NC Utilities Commission that bans all watering of lawns and shrubbery, car washing, washing of buildings, sidewalks, etc. How should I interpret something WWAY says vs. a copy of an order from Raliegh? I called them and got the "run around". What can I do and what can't I do with my water?
