The letter I got said no watering of any kind and it was sent by my supplier but was a copy of a state order. WWAY sais alternate days, ok hand watering, etc. But the order from the state does not indicate any outside watering is permissible. And I would like to restrict answers in this site to positive, topic related advice. Two opposing answers to a problem - which applies and did the state puposefully not say hand watering was ok so people would stop but it was not in the order? To see the order, supposedly mailed to all water providers, check out the NC Utilities Commission site and look for Docket number W-100 sub 46.
