STORMTRACK 3: Winter storm leaves behind power outages, dangerous roads

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- The winter storm of mid-February dumped up to 3-7 inches of snow across parts of Duplin, Sampson, Bladen, Robeson, and Onslow counties. Major ice accumulations of 0.25 to 0.75 inches fell on southern counties. The combination of ice and gusty winds produced widespread power outages.
