Coastal Carolina Real Estate Investors Association looking for new members as economy improves

READ MORE:

WILMINGTON, NC (NEWS RELEASE) -- This Thursday, May 8th, 2014, the Coastal Carolina REIA is hosting national speaker and real estate investing coach, Chad Carson.

The CCREIA presents Lifelong Income Through Real Estate with Chad Carson. Mr. Carson will be speaking on generating consistent, lifelong income with real estate that provides freedom and flexibility. His story is especially unique because he started with nothing, and through real estate investing, has built lasting wealth and financial freedom. Through the freedom that his lifestyle business model has afforded him, Chad now enjoys more time with his family and his success is not impeded by traditional job obligations and expectations. Unlike most speakers on real estate investing, virtually all of Mr. Carson’s wealth and income is generated by his real estate business and not from speaking engagements or “guru” courses. All of us who have met Mr. Carson in the past would certainly agree that he is "the real deal".

The topic of Thursday's meeting will be generating lifelong income through cashflowing rental properties. Chad will provide an overview of his step-by-step plan for how to buy the right properties, in the right locations, for the right prices, with the right financing terms.

Chad will also be teaching a more in-depth class on these topics with lessons and real-life examples from his own experiences.

May Main Meeting:
Date: Thursday, May 8th
Time: 6:15 - 9:00 pm
Location: New Hanover County Executive Development Center 1241 Military Cutoff Rd Wilmington NC 28405
Price: Free for members / $15 for guests
