Two thirds of this tiny county have city police groups and the entire county is covered by the State patrol and you legal citizen taxpayers are paying every dime of all of it. Let's cut this program (NHCSD) by AT LEAST two thirds immediately. Of course we would have to know how much they are receiving and spending first. Where do we taxpayers find that information again???? Maybe then they can get honest jobs where people respect them. I want my money back.
