Now actively subsidise solar panels on my house like I've asked. Post where the information is on that program... I can't find it. Progress Energy has given me no information on tying in to the grid, even if I put the panels on myself. The only benefit offered (and not by P.E.)is the system will not be taxed each year as part of my property value. WEEEEEE! Thank you for all the tritium.
