NEW YORK (AP) -- Cory Stillman scored twice and Cam Ward posted his second shutout of the season as Carolina whipped the New York Rangers, 4-0. Matt Cullen set up first-period goals by Scott Walker and Stillman to put the Hurricanes ahead 2-0. The Hurricanes doubled the lead when David Tanabe and Stillman tallied 2:26 apart midway through the final period. Cullen was back at Madison Square Garden for the first time since the Rangers traded him back to Carolina this summer.
