Latta, Little bid farewell to Chapel Hill in home finale

RALEIGH (AP) -- When Ivory Latta and Camille Little arrived in Chapel Hill, North Carolina had just finished a season ranked 12th in the nation and averaging 1,900 people per home game.

When they bid farewell in their final home game tonight against Wake Forest, they could be playing before a sellout crowd of eight-thousand as the nation's fourth-ranked team.

They close out a home schedule with includes victories over Tennessee and Connecticut. The rest of the women's schedule features Clemson at Florida State and Virginia at Georgia Tech.

In men's action, 18th-ranked Duke is at Clemson. The Tigers will likely be looking to avenge a loss in Durham which hinged on an timekeeping error that allowed the Blue Devils to hit the game-winning shot at the buzzer.
