Why can't a regular citizen shoot a thug that has broken into a home? These punks have more rights than the law abiding people do. I'll tell you, break into my home, try to carjack me or any other criminal activity and you will find yourself looking at either a .9mm, .40 or .45 (depends on what I feel like carrying that day) and it won't end up good for you.
