The law allows a citizen to defend a third party from an attack, and through experience, training and knowledge, a stun gun is a deadly weapon because it can incapacitate a person to the point where the assailant can do whatever they want, so it is actually a shame the suspect was not hit by the person that came to the rescue!!!!!
