if i'm not mistaken, sounds like the sheriff's department has two sets of standards. don't remember corporal long being criminally charged when he shot peyton strickland in the head. he was not personally attacking corporal long, just going to the door because the sheriffs dept. knocked on it. quote me if i'm wrong but providing the neighbor who shot at the suspect in this breakin would have hit him it would have been a lot more justified than long shooting strickland. TWO SETS OF STANDARDS, like i said. the sheriff's department reminds me of the days when we played sandlot football....you just make up the rules as you play!
