Are they trying to say that if you see some one who is need of help in a situation like this you are to just sit back and watch them get hurt or worse, killed? And if you do something to try help one another you will be charged for a crime. I didn't know it was a crime to help someone. That is a bunch of bull!!!! The police should reward the person who shot at the robber.
