We all have heard that Rashed could be a witness to the Lake Waccamaw shooting. With that beeing said, WHY????? was this innocent child not in a police protection program. If this child would have been our sheriffs child it would have been better protected. Our law enforcement should feel really bad. Maybe there Christmas will be as good as Rashed's families Christmas!!! May the killer be cought and be brought to justice.
