I extend my deepest sympathy for your loss. I pray for your family. Most parents do allow their children of 14 yrs of age to ride their bike alone, I do. Its not the families faught, its these crazed pyscho's with guns that kill. I am upset that this case wasnt all over the news. Whoever wrote that if this was a white child it would have been covered heavily by the news, was right. I am a white mother, and I see discrimination by the media all the time. Its all very sad. All we can do is pray.
