GREENSBORO (AP) -- Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee starts a three-day swing through the Carolinas this week with a stop in Greensboro. Huckabee will attend a fundraising dinner in Greensboro Thursday night. His also plans a breakfast fundraiser Friday in Charlotte before heading to South Carolina for additional campaign stops. The former Arkansas governor will return to North Carolina on Saturday night for a fundraising event in Asheville before speaking at the annual Christmas dinner hosted by former U.S. Representative Charles Taylor. Former U.S. Representative Bill Cobey will host Thursday's event in Greensboro. He will be joined by state House Representatives Paul Stam and Dale Folwell. (Copyright 2007 by The Associated Press.
