So much for your huffing and puffing! The company does NOT make "100% profit". All those things you mentioned, salary, insurance, etc, comes out of what money is brought in. A non-profit organization spends ALL the money it brings in on the business all aspects of the business. "Profit" is any amount over and beyond business expense. Get a serious clue and education.
