Your not the only one. Our company bought $30 gift cards for the sales department but none will work; store says they're not activated. Since when do gift cards for a particular store need to be activated?? I sent your comment to the gal that purchased them so she knows what she's in for when trying to work with them but I'm hearing a lot of this is happening with BB cards. So frustrating. I can't believe that even with a receipt the person who gave you your card couldn't get their money back, afterall, it was a purchase and should be returnable for a refund just alike other merchandise.
