Thomas Wright needs to be charged with the attempted murder of all the citizens of Navassa. He sold them down the river for money to a company that sought to pollute the land and poison the people (Hugo Neu). That is just in addition to the charges that he will soon have to answer for in taking money from the people that he represented and misusing it and fraud.
