Regardless of the situation, the temps are to cold for pets and way to cold for humans. We were just in Washington DC over the Christmas holiday and saw a homeless person and it truly broke my heart. Do good for them and you will be rewarded for your kindness even if their motives are wrong. Remember the braclect WWJD (What would Jesus DO) we as Americans need to act on that more often.
