This guy should be charged with TWO counts with murder; this is an 8 month old fetus that was burned to death. 8 months old! A fetus would be able to survive as a baby after that! Also, I don't think it's fair that in some places abortions are illegal (for, say, an eight DAY old fetus), but MURDER of said fetus goes unaccounted for. What the hell is up with that?
