If they seek the Death Penalty on him, the Mexican Govenment will not turn him over, so I would think to get him to agree not to seek the death penatly on him but to life in jail, why should he be any different from any other inmate they put in jail. They have in mates that have been givien the death penatly 20 yrs or longer still waiting. So what's the different with this one?? When you for a fact and have all the right things knowing with out a dought that they have commited this crime then they should not be aloud to sit on death row for 20 yrs. They should be put to death in a yrs time. And these people who get up there saying that they suffer when they get the injection, that killer didn't care how he made is victum suffer and no telling what they did to them before they killed a child, a older person, or an adult. So why should they be treated with loving care.
