try taxing someone besides the homeowners for a change to pay the rediculus budget the City of Wilmington has. Let some of those that get everything for nothing pay for some of the extravagancies instead of the homeowners...leave the county alone..you have nothing to offer most of these people..we already have water, sewer, good trash service, good law enforcement and fire protection!
