This seems like a great way to keep a tight reign on these criminal deviants. But I have a question on this matter... If the cops are "watching" the movements of the sex offenders, especially the ones that are let out earlier than they are suppose to be, would the cops then be accessories to a crime that is then committed while the cops know "EXACTLY" were the perps are?
This seems like an "after the fact' solution to a problem, that cannot solve anything.
These measures are going to be used to prosecute a sex offender that spends too much time near a pre-school or something? I'd rather spend the money that a system like this would cost to build jails and hire officers to protect the community. Why is it so easy for the government to throw our money at problems and not even do it in an effective way?
