When I moved to NC, I had to wait until I was a resident to pay in state tuition. What makes these people so special? If I have to wait and do the RIGHT thing, then everyone should. I don't feel that illegals or people with visa's should be allowed to pay in state tuition...in fact if you are illegal you don't need to be in this country to begin with. Go thru the proper channels and play by the rules.
