Leland is going to use the tax money from these businesses to create more roads. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA Stupid morons. Highway 17 around Leland is going to be a parking lot soon. The people who approve this disaster should be shot, or even worse, make them drive these roads at rush hour for two years straight.
