The right thing

I think a lot of the confusion regarding what to eat stems from lack of personal research. When one buys a new car, s/he will spend hours researching the subject. When it comes to health, they seem to listen to whatever is on the news today, in the popular magazines or what friends advise. If they researched the actual scientific studies on diet, there would be much less confusion. I get most of my research from the Nutrition & Metabolism Society site. What I have found & experienced is that natural health can be restored and ther is no need to be concerned with fats (of any kind), meats or many of the "forbidden foods" if we just steer clear of all refined carbs like bread, pasta, cookies ect... and sugar foods like candy. It's worked for me and millions of others! Good luck! Ivan C
