It's supposed to rain *again* this Friday and Saturday (3/14 and 3/15). Maybe they should consider doing this at NIGHT during the week when there is minimal traffic anyway, and they won't need an umbrella during the week as a rule as they would on a weekend around these thar parts of Carolina. That's if they want to get this sewer project completed that is ASAP.
