Sewer Stink

It's amazing how more quickly government works when private money making is involved. Stopping new home construction (till the taxpayers built the necessary sewer system) finally got some area attention. Raw sewer in our waterways did not seem to do the trick. Lesson learned: Adequate impact fees, and adequate city/county planning. Development is good if it is responsibly planned, AND those that make the big money pay a fair share of the resulting infrastructure costs. Is this so hard?
