Well, certain area construction is off and running again, after the state had to step in to regulate the resulting sewer problems. This time around maybe we can be more responsible in our construction vs sewer development, AND not leave the area taxpayer with the bill. "Plan and Pay" is the right and fair way to go. Let's hold our elected officials responsible.
