I hate to see all the carpenters, plumbers, and bricklayers out of work - with all the illegal labor that will come into Wilmington once the State lifts the ban... I think it will further erode the value of existing homes, increase forclosures, and flood the real estate market, while eradicating every last square meter of green space. Our roads can't take the traffic, our schools are full, and our sewer troubles have fouled the water (the very reason we all live on the coast). And by the way, why doesn't the City stop annexing and build up - not out! Leave the county rural, and green!!!!
