Yaw are so full of crap. I went to our animal shelter here in Wilmington this past weekend and it wouldn't bother me in the least if it were in my back yard. They keep that one nice and clean. As for the noise there wasn't much other than when you entered to check the dogs out. Then, they just calmed down after a few minutes. You aren't being asked to put up a jail in your back yard just a place for these creatures to live out what life they have left in peace and a nice place. Commissioners don't listen to their whines and crying ways, give it to the animals that need a new place. Who cares what these animal haters want.
