The owner didn't want to go on camera. Anyone know who this is? All 8 horses sick with worms and deteriorated hooves?
Hasn't this area seen enough with "paperwork snafus?"
I truly hope the horses find a better home or that the owner will actually care for these fine animals better than they apparently had during the sickness...
