Not everyone that raised puppies is running a puppy mill. I have a couple that I breed. I actually make no money, all you have to do is contact my vet to see how much money I put into my dogs to make sure they are all healthy. If a person wants to buy a puppy from me I have never had a problem with them coming to my house and seeing how my dogs are treated. None of them are in cages, none of them are kept outside. They have free run of the house and a fenced in yard and sleep on the bed. I dont run a puppy mill just because I breed dogs.
