You had to pay to attend Ronald's Christmas Party? I don't think so, no way he should do that to people that wear a badge for Brunswick County. The problem is Hewett thought they were wearing that badge for HIM. ( I ME AND MINE ) seems to be Hewett's tune. If you and your husband had to " PAY " to attend, that said attendance was OPTIONAL. I do thank the fine folks working for our county. They showed great courage in bringing Hewett down. I am Retired US Army and I came back to Brunswick County. It is a hard and terrible to bring a commander down. I never had to but have seen it happen once. It is never pretty and never will be. There is no reason to fear the loss of your job.....Hewett is very arrogant. I suppose people just got tired of his "BS"!!!
