Yeah; there's nothing quite like one of these Brunswick County $250K homes. In fact I live in one. I bought it at $40K in '82, AND it still looks like it's worth no more than the $40K I paid for it back then!!! BUT according to the BRUNSWICK COUNTY tax books, it is a $250K home NOW. Perhaps someone needs to investigate the revenooers.
