Acting sheriff reacts to Hewett's removal

Hewett has a chance to fight his removal in court during a hearing on Monday. For the moment, though, Brunswick County Coroner Greg White is the acting sheriff under state law. His job is to keep the department functioning smoothly during this period of instability.
