If you saw the evening news last night, by chance, you saw or would have seen that the story covered "all children" involved in this program in 3 different schools and did not just focus on one child alone. And the story in no way, shape or form took anything away from Supply Elementary. As a matter of fact, the founder of the program itself provided the background information to this news station. This program is about ALL CHILDREN who share a common love for poetry and basketball. It wasn't about one school versus another NOR about one ethnicity or gender against another.
