what we are going to have to do is go back to what the country did during WWII and plant gardens for food. also, another thing to save on food is to go to the bread store and buy discount bread and freeze it. there is one on the corner of wilshire and independence. unfortunately, rising food costs are the result of rising fuel prices and the past presidential administrations (both dems and repubs) should have had the foresight to invest in alternative fuel research instead of spending money on worthless pork projects and giving welfare to foreign countries. charity begins at home.
