Once again they ignore the fact that Real Estate is a local market not National. The Doom and Gloomers sure know how to write the headlines! Wilmington's Housing market is very strong with companies writing as much as 20 million dollars in contracts per week!! Sure doesn't sound like things are down around here! But then again, if it doesn't bleed it doesn't read!! Right!
