Real Estate agents have been taking our money for years for simply posting a picture of our house online and throwing a sign in my yard. 6%....really? and how about that Guaranteed Sale program that a Realtor offers?? If you use it, and your house doesn't sale, he buys it at a low, low price and charges 7% commission. Why do we as consumers allow real estate agents to control the market????
