Southern born, I was wondering if you could do me a favor. You said that you are what you eat; I realized with that statement that you must be wonderful at preparing dumb. I am sure by now that you have found many great ways to prepare it, fried, boiled, baked or just right out of the can. Since I can see by your writings that you are an expert on it, could you post some of your recipes on the net.
